Sometimes you may receive the confirmation email that the item has been delivered. Please ignore the email as it may be sent to you as soon as the order processing starts. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, the delivery time is less certain. Should your item has not arrived in 10 working days, please contact us with your order number.
No, registration is not required to make the purchase. But it is recommended.
Yes, Customers’ satisfaction is our top priority, a partial or full refund will be made if there is a quality issue.

Sorry, due to the hygiene issue, return is not acceptable for non-quality reasons. because customer safety is our top priority. The Size Chart for both Adult, Women and Kid can be found on the right side of the page.
Due to the pandemic, it may take a bit longer than usual. Generally, it will take 5 – 10 working days for the item to be delivered in the UK. For other countries, please allow 5 more working days.
In addition to shipping to the UK, we support international shipping to the US, Germany and France etc.
We regret that we are unable to exchange or refund any personalised shirt after letters and/or numbers have been applied. The shirt has been personalized to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Please reach out to us via our email. However, you can only claim a refund within 30 days after purchase, after which you are deemed to have accepted them.
